Come and join us to celebrate the Resurrection of Jesus Christ ! Our Easter services will be held at 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM, and both will feature the chancel choir, traditional music and hymns, brass instruments, and a message by Rev Mike Imperiale. Nursery care will be provided. There are many other ways you can celebrate with us during Holy week as well....
Great Vigil of Easter, Saturday, April 23 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM: Silent prayer in the Chapel area; come and stay as long as you wish for a time of silent prayer and meditation. First Prebyterian Church and C Street Child Development Center are partnering to hold a GIGANTIC Easter egg hunt at the church on Saturday, April 23. Be sure to get here right at 10:00 AM so there will be eggs to find! Good Friday April 22
Join us for the Good Friday Community Service at noon. 7 pastors from the city will reflect on 7 words spoken on the way to the cross. Then join us at 6:30 pm at the Cathedral of the Madeleine (331 E South Temple) for the beginning of the Procession of the Cross. We will journey by foot to several different churches for a time of devotion and prayer. Maundy Thursday April 21 There will be a Maundy Thursday Service at 7:30 PM. This will be a communion service with time for reflection. Palm Sunday April 17
Our Palm Sunday services will be at 9:00 and 11:00am. There will be special music, palms, a full children's program, and a message from Rev. Mike Imperiale Then come back at 4:00 pm to hear the Chancel choir perform a free concert featuring an orchestra and soloists. |
