The Supremacy of the Son of God

The Son is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation.  For in  him all things were created:  things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or powers or rulers or authorities; all things have been created through him and for him.

Colossians 1:15-16

When I read God's word describing Jesus, the Son as the image of the invisible God, for whom all things were created, I relax and have peace because of His loving, solid pure nature.

I realize His pure loving intentions for me have awesome power behind His thoughts.  I especially have peace reading of the power He had when He created the visible and the invisible.

All this eternal power encourages me to continue talking to Him through prayer and to boldly ask Him for requests and to gratefully praise Him for his loving care about all the details of life, from the beginning of time to time eternal!
