Scottish Festival 2012

Our annual Scottish Festival is held the last weekend in October to celebrate the Scottish heritage of the Presbyterian Church.  The festival normally begins with Ceilidh (Gaelic for "Party") on a Saturday and ends on Reformation Sunday with our special worship service - Kirkin' O' Th' Tartan (Gaelic for "Blessing of the Tartans").

Saturday, October 27

NOTE:  There will be no Ceilidh this year, but on Saturday, October 27 two special events are planned:

12:00 noon - 4:00 pm Highland Dance Competition
7:00 pm A Night Of Haunted Music

Sunday, October 28

On Sunday, October 28, is Kirkin' and the "Blessing of the Clans." Enjoy the music of the Salt Lake Scots Pipes & Drums, choir, organ and brass.  All are welcome to participate in this grand event!
